How long does a custom suit take?
Typical turnaround is 4 to 6 weeks, handcrafted in-house, depending on fabric availability and design complexity. We work closely with you to meet specific timeframes when needed.
How do I book a consultation?
Consultations are by private appointment, and there is no online scheduler. Share your details and a clothier will personally contact you to confirm a time, then guide you through fabrics, fit, and style in person.
Are alterations included in the custom suit price?
Yes. Initial alterations for a perfect fit are included in the cost of the custom suit. After the initial fitting, any necessary adjustments are made until the suit fits impeccably.
Do you offer bespoke or made-to-measure?
Both. For a fully bespoke suit, a pattern is created specifically for you, giving a one-of-a-kind fit. Made-to-measure uses existing patterns tailored precisely to your measurements.
What should I expect during my first consultation?
Plan on about 90 minutes. In a single private appointment we discuss the occasion and your lifestyle, explore fabrics together, choose the cut and every design detail, and take a full set of measurements. You leave with your garment fully specified and, if you are ready, already in production.
Can I customise every detail of my suit?
Yes. From lapel shape, buttons, linings and stitching to the cut and finish, every element is yours to choose. Your clothier guides you toward what flatters you best, but the final garment is built exactly the way you want it.
What fabrics can I choose from?
Over 1,000 options from prestigious mills including Loro Piana, Ermenegildo Zegna, Scabal, Holland & Sherry, Vitale Barberis Canonico, Huddersfield, and Gladson. You can also bring your own fabric.
Do I need an appointment for alterations?
No, walk-ins are welcome for alterations, no appointment necessary. Custom suit consultations are by private appointment so a clothier can give you their full attention.
